Lately I have been trying a new approach to living my life. Instead of over doing any one activity such as eating chocolate, gardening until my back hurts, over thinking just about everything or studying so much my eyes go fuzzy I have started doing activities little and often. I have been doing this for a few weeks now and it’s made such a difference. I’m not as stressed, am eating a lot healthier and I’ve been much more active. I have kept on top of my work and feeling very hopeful about the future. My motto of the day is little and often!
